Refunds and Returns Policy

At Tech-E-Z, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please review our refunds and returns policy below:

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that the item is in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at accounts@techez.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at accounts@techez.co.za with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including delivery charges.

Exclusions:
Certain items, such as software, digital downloads, and clearance items, are not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective.
